It’s rather nice having this mosaic making tradition to look forward to at the start of each new blogging year (see previous years below for explanation). Memories from each picture are so vivid. It really does seem that time now we are 3 is flying by – we must be having too much fun!
Jan to Dec 2013: first birthday in the snow, swing happy, making scones, day out at Croombe Park, cousins singing in the rain, weekend away in Glastonbury, strawberry picking with Charlie, feeding goats with Nana, watching the Meerkats at West Midland Safari Park, boat fun with Noah, pebble picking on Brighton Beach, E and E hanging out.

Such lovely pictures! Happy new year xx
Hi I’d love to know how you made your mosaic – what program did you use? Thanks
Josie – Happy New Year to you too. Look forward to comparing notes on capturing things to be grateful for x
Jeffriona – I use http://www.picmonkey.com/. Select create a collage, upload your pics and experiment with layouts. I used to use http://bighugelabs.com/mosaic.php which I found was more creative but stopped because it took so much longer to upload photos (had to downsize each file which was fiddly and time consuming). For large mosaics like this one picmonkey is great and fast.
