Most days something unexpected lands in my inbox but whether I find it to be a good read, worth bookmarking, junk or intriguing enough to click on a link varies enormously. This week ‘getting your child out the door in the morning‘ was a good read, compare car insurance was bookmarked for another day and a request for bank details for an account I don’t have was immediately junked. And the intriguing link? Well that was to this great infographic about chilli peppers. Did you know there is a scale for measuring the heat of a chilli pepper? Or that the seeds are not the hottest part of the chilli? Definitely worth checking out if you’re interested in growing your own chillies or need to know how to put out the fire (mouth/skin/eyes) when a chilli turns out to be hotter than expected.
