Ten minutes to make, two minutes of melt in the mouth bliss: the easiest way in the world to eat a whole plate of vitamin zinging greens and feel like it’s a cheeky treat.
Ok, so perhaps that’s just me – G can take or leave kale crisps and mostly leaves them. To say ‘I love kale crisps’ though is no exaggeration so I’m more than happy to munch alone!
Resorting to shop bought curly kale makes for smaller more frazzled crisps than the chunkier home-grown kale crisps I’m more used to tucking into. But any lack in texture was more than made up for in taste by using home-made raspberry vinegar. Truly delicious if you like that sort of thing!
