Rosy can’t eat dairy so I made these for her using an Alpro Soya chocolate mousse. That’s ‘made‘ in the loosest sense of the word because spooning gloop into an ice cube tray isn’t really cooking is it! They’re waiting in the freezer for the chief taster’s next visit and if I was a betting girl I’d wager she’ll like them.
