Most of my courgettes end up grated into tomato based recipes or casseroles; it’s amazing what you can hide them in when determined enough ;o) Reply dare I ask what you normally store in that fridge (and therefore how come it was empty enough that you could fill it with produce) Reply Hi Bilbo, you’d be forgiven for thinking I’m some kind of crazy vegetarian pumpkin lover to have nothing but them in my fridge! We do have normal food in a normal fridge in the kitchen – this is an old one in the cellar that we only keep for the small box freezer on the top so it is usually empty waiting in anticipation for a glut of allotment produce.
