A feast for the eyes and the belly, doesn’t my dinner from our first night at the Kames Hotel look gorgeous. Sadly I had a full blown cold and couldn’t taste a thing (hence the extra portion of veggies). I believe it was delicious; George agreed it was and I was gutted. If you have a favourite easy peasy veggie haggis recipe please post me a link so I can re-create it. Better still send me a spoonful next time you make it – I’ll understand entirely if you leave the whiskey sauce off 😮
